1. General Refund Terms

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations and refunds where possible. However, certain conditions and timeframes apply to ensure we can continue to provide high-quality services and manage operational costs effectively.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation Timeframes

More than 7 days before the booking date:
- Full refund of the booking amount.
7 days or less before the booking date:
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers:
  - Artwork creation costs.
  - The inability to rebook the trailer on short notice.
Day of the booking or “no-show”:
- No refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us as soon as possible at info@forcemarketing.com.au.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change the date or details), please contact us at least 7 days before the booking date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to trailer availability and may incur additional charges for any new artwork or adjustments.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that any custom artwork created for your booking is non-refundable, as it represents a service that has already been rendered. If you cancel your booking, the artwork files can be provided to you upon request.
